Reporting and Setup
First, he gets a call from a insurance company and asks him if he can go to the fire loss. Next, he has to go to the fire loss. While he's there he takes photographs of the fire and he talks about the fire, and possible ways the fire was caused by using a voice recorder. Once he's done and comes back to his office he takes the cassettte he reported the fire on and types it on the computer by putting the cassette into a Microcassette Transcriber. Then he copy's the pictures on his copier. After that he review's the report. Then the report is mailed to the insurance company.( He keeps a file on the fire loss. )

Files
In the files he keeps the pictures of the loss of the fire. Also he keeps Invoices and bills in the file. the file also contains phone numbers, agreement, and time sheets.
